Investing is not as easy as it sound, well may be I should put it this way, successful Investing take extensive research and home work. Just like going to school, you earn your grades with the work you put in to school, same process is applicable to investing, Investors need to watch out for potential under promising stock, this are stock that promise the estimate of certain earning but don't have the business foundation to back it up.
Navigate your way through stock market to eliminate the risky stocks, get the company foundation then decide on the best possible option of stock possible, pay attention to their execussion risks because some companies do fail to deliver as a result of bad business decisons, research on their proven management team,  how well they perform at different seasons, market news ,braking news and against other company news.  
       Don't look to load up on more risk, Go with dividend stock that has value yield,  we will talk about two stock KKR and KFN. I am sure you all are familiar with Jim Crammer, those two stock were featured on Jim crammer's show today Friday May 21, 2010.
