Southwest and AirTran Airline has resumed talk on merging; both airline are know for a low fair rates. If this deal is passed it will be a good news for travellers as they will now have more chances in getting a low fare ticket, but on the other hand it will be a bad news for other Airliners because this will shift a lot of customers over to Southwest Airline. If the deal go as discussed, Southwest Airline will be running AirTran and the deal is projected to cost about $1.4 billion dollars.
