 Graduation does not stop in high school, it continued trough out life. A bridge to cross that is very important is the college bridge, it is not an incidence that many have failed in college, according to polls majority of college freshmen do not get to graduate because they choose the wrong college, failed to study, fail to go to class regularly, and lack of study skill. We recently found out that most college applicants do not know why they are even going to college because parting and drinking has over shadowed the important reason for being in college.
        Why go to college to drink and party? if this is your habit, have you ever asked yourself that question? if you haven't you should, if just to have fun and do what you could not do at home are your first reasons to attending college then you are likely to fail college and be a college drop out; face the reality and get back on track.  Majority of college drop outs do not go back to college because of the system of punishment for getting kicked out of college, bad grades from partying too much, excessive drinking and failure to attend classes and lack of urge to study for exam early are the reason why most college student get put on probation, probation is a punishement give to any college student who's GPA droped below 2.0, the word probation isn't as easy as it sound to student, because it comes with a consequence of no financial aid fund for the following school year, therefore most student on probation who could not afford to pay for college tuition and board end up dropping out and unable to return to school. 
       Parents and guardians have a lot of work to do to ensure their children are successful in college, they must teach them how to study effectively at an early age, get them used to it, it will be a useful habits to get them trough college and they will appreciate it dearly. Pay them visits, have meetings with them with their college counsellors, calmly talk to them about the importance of graduating from college without using force. 
        In other to pick the right college, you must first know you are going to college to graduate and not to fail or get kicked out, after you have recognized and accept to do what ever it take to study and pass exam in other to graduate the next step is know what major you are interested in, find schools thaat are specialized in your major, research a couple of schools, see how much it cost to attend each schools you researched, make sure they are acredited then select your school of choice; don't go to college because your friends go there, got to school to work towards you career goal, once you find out your field of choice, be familiar with your college Seniors, know how they did it and how they manage to survive, if you ever allow our self to  asked them, they will tell you all they did was study, do all home works on time  and go to lectures. Have a study schedule and set a reminder on our door or on your phone let the phone ring to you to remind you to study, this will renew you awareness to why you are attending college.

We all work at different jobs for only one similar reason, that is; to get paid. No matter how the government  regulates pays, either by raising minimum wage or setting salary caps. Many of us will still be under paid, and some of us also over paid on the other end. From several studies, we have learned that each individuals sets his or her own wages simply by the number of work we put in to our career, most that took education serious, and some that were brought up with the system to allow easy schooling, are those that benefit the most from life, simply because they were walked through the path of education right from childhood. Education is a behavior, most of us adapt to it because we are brought up with it. While some of us were just told to school, we never even allow ourselves to know why we are schooling. System of easy schooling is not a skill that many of us possess, this not an excuse for us not to go to school but it make a big statement in terms of how easy school will be for some of us. we have several list of jobs that we think are highest paying.

1. Rapper, Rock Stars, singers and entertainers; if you have payed entertainers any attention, you will agree those folks make huge amount of money just by getting on on stage to sing, rap or perform a melodious song, their salary per performance ranges from 20,000 dollars above, never have we seen any major that pays that much. Many will think it is not a career but, it is, most rappers, rock stars, and R n B singers all put in the time to get to the point where they are able to earn  thousands of dollars consistently, this time that they put in is equivalent to the time other folks that went to school put in. Like doing home work they write rhymes, like doing lab they put instrumentals together, therefore this is a great paying major, the good part about this type of major  is that they don't have to pay on student loan except for those that went to school for entertaining.
2. Health Care workers, it is true to say that many health care worker will hardly be out of work, recession is here and may people are falling ill daily, recession and stress are to be blame for most high blood pressure cases, according to research, it is the most deadly disease in America now. Since all these sick people have to be cared for most health care worker will always have a job. Professional health care worker are the one that are earning the most money, Professional careers such as anesthesiologist, Medical doctors, Clinical pharmacist, Nurses and other top administrator positions.
